Booking Terms

1. How to Book

You can book directly through our website, via email, WhatsApp, or phone. After receiving your inquiry, we will prepare a detailed itinerary and quote. Your booking is confirmed once we receive your signed agreement and deposit.

2. Deposit & Confirmation

• A 30% deposit of the total tour cost is required to secure your reservation
• Booking confirmation and receipt will be sent within 48 hours of deposit receipt
• Your tour is not confirmed until deposit is received and confirmation is issued

3. Balance Payment

• The remaining 70% is due 30 days before the tour start date
• For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required upfront
• Payment methods: bank wire transfer, credit card (Visa/Mastercard), M-Pesa, or mobile money
• Bank transfer details will be provided on your invoice

4. Pricing

• All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD)
• Prices are per person based on the number of travelers indicated in the quote
• Single room supplements apply for solo travelers
• Prices may be subject to change due to park fee increases, fuel surcharges, or government levies beyond our control

5. Group Sizes

Our safaris operate with a maximum of 6-7 passengers per vehicle to ensure comfort and optimal wildlife viewing. Private safari vehicles are available at additional cost.

6. Special Requests

We accommodate dietary requirements, accessibility needs, and special occasion arrangements (birthdays, honeymoons, proposals). Please communicate all special requests at the time of booking.

7. Minors & Children

• Children under 5 years: free of charge (sharing accommodation with parents)
• Children aged 5-11: 50% of adult rate
• Children 12+: full adult rate applies
• Kilimanjaro minimum age is 10 years

8. Private vs. Group Tours

Private tours depart on your preferred date. Group tours have fixed departure dates and require a minimum number of participants. If minimum numbers are not met, we will offer an alternative date or full refund.

9. Amendments by Client

Changes to confirmed bookings (dates, itinerary, number of travelers) must be requested in writing. Amendments are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Changes within 14 days of departure may not be possible.

10. Passport & Documentation

Clients must carry valid passport (minimum 6 months validity from date of entry), appropriate visa, yellow fever certificate (if applicable), and travel insurance documentation. We are not responsible for denied entry due to insufficient documentation.
