Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By booking a tour or using the services of LAU Paradise Adventure ("the Company", "we", "us"), you ("the Client", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you are booking on behalf of others, you confirm you have their authority to accept these terms.

2. Booking & Payment

• A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking
• The remaining balance is due 30 days before the tour start date
• Bookings made within 30 days of departure require full payment
• Payments are accepted via bank transfer, credit card, or mobile money
• All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated

3. What's Included

Unless otherwise specified in your itinerary, our tours include:

• Accommodation as described in the tour package
• Meals as indicated (B = Breakfast, L = Lunch, D = Dinner)
• Transport in a 4x4 safari vehicle with pop-up roof
• Professional English-speaking driver/guide
• Park and conservation fees as per itinerary
• Bottled water during game drives

4. What's Not Included

• International and domestic flights
• Visa fees and travel insurance
• Personal expenses (laundry, mini-bar, souvenirs)
• Tips and gratuities for guides, drivers, and hotel staff
• Optional activities not specified in the itinerary

5. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all clients. Your policy must cover safari activities, high-altitude trekking (for Kilimanjaro climbs), medical evacuation, and trip cancellation. We recommend insurance that covers the full trip cost.

6. Passport & Visa

Clients are responsible for ensuring valid passport (6+ months validity), appropriate visa, and any required vaccinations. We can assist with visa applications but cannot guarantee approval.

7. Health & Fitness

Clients must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate in tour activities. Kilimanjaro climbs require a reasonable level of fitness. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate participation if a client's condition poses a safety risk.

8. Liability

LAU Paradise Adventure acts as an organizer and intermediary. We are not liable for:

• Delays, changes, or cancellations due to weather, road conditions, or force majeure
• Loss or damage to personal property
• Injuries, illness, or death resulting from activities outside our direct control
• Acts or omissions of independent suppliers (lodges, airlines, etc.)

9. Alterations by the Client

Changes to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Requests must be made in writing.

10. Alterations by the Company

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, road conditions, park regulations, or safety concerns. Equivalent alternatives will be provided where possible. Significant changes will be communicated promptly.

11. Complaints

Any complaints should be raised immediately to your guide or our office so we can address them in real time. Unresolved complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days of tour completion.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be resolved in Tanzanian courts.
