All bookings are subject to availability. A deposit of 30% is required to secure your safari, with the balance due 45 days before departure. Prices are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances like fuel price increases or park fee changes.
Cancellations must be made in writing. We reserve the right to charge cancellation fees based on how close to the departure date the cancellation occurs. We highly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.
Safaris involves an inherent risk as you will be in close proximity to wild animals. While our guides are experts in safety, LAU Paradise Adventure cannot be held liable for personal injury or death occurring during a safari.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
